Neami, one of Australia’s most innovative community mental health services, is recruiting staff for our exciting new services in Western Sydney. These roles will involve working closely with a range of clinical and other services to support people experiencing mental illness.
People from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island, Vietnamese, Pacific Island, or Arabic speaking backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
We are recruiting for:
- Transition Liaison Officers Work closely with clinical partners in the development o joint care plans
- Senior Practice Leaders lead a team of support workers
- Community Rehabilitation Support Workers support people experiencing mental illness to identify their strengths, values, and goals and work towards their recovery
- Employment Specialists support people to reach their employment goals
