Changes to your service
Useful information for SA consumers supported by IPRSS

There have been some changes in who provides Individual Psychosocial Rehabilitation Support Services (IPRSS) in South Australia.

This means that the support worker you have been working with may change.

This page and the downloadable fact sheet will explain what might change and what we will do to help you through the process.

What has changed?

To make services easier to access, there is now one mental health support provider for IPRSS for each region in South Australia. These providers and their contact details are listed at the bottom of this page.

How will this affect me?

Not all people who are supported by IPRSS will be affected by these changes.

If the provider in your region has changed then you will be contacted by your current support provider who will guide you through the change to a new provider.

In most cases your current support provider will invite the new agency worker to one of your regular visits to meet you and to answer any queries you may have.

Will the care and support I receive change?

No. The level and type of support you receive now will be delivered in the same way by the new provider.

Do I need to do anything?

No. Your current support provider will contact you to let you know if there will be any changes for you and if there are, what those changes will be.

When will this happen?

Your current support worker will be in touch with you in March to tell you whether your support provider will change.

If your support provider is going to change, this will take place in April or May 2015.  If you do not hear from your support provider, contact your Care Coordinator on the number below.

Who should I talk to if I have questions?

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your current support provider.
