We specialise in working with individuals who have complex health needs and are often receiving services from many different service systems or organisations.
We began delivering homelessness and housing services due to the high proportion of the people we support who are in need of both mental health and housing responses.
This also applies to other support areas such as disability, training, employment, court programs and physical health. In some cases a single person might have more than half a dozen caseworkers who rarely, if ever, meet together to coordinate their work.
Ensuring these services are well coordinated is vital to effective recovery and we are the largest service coordination provider in Australia through the Partners in Recovery program.
We have extensive experience in managing the coordination of complex services in the best interests of the individuals concerned and make this a priority wherever possible in all our outreach support services.
We run a specialist coordination service in Victoria and are major partners in the national Partners in Recovery initiative, employing a number of staff in New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia.
