About the Role:

Located at Neami Carrington
As a Community Rehabilitation and Support Worker (CRSW), you will provide tailored rehabilitation and support to people living with complex mental health needs, work with consumers within their own community of friends, family and neighbourhood, and coordinate with clinical case managers and community services to support recovery. You will work as part of a collaborative team, supported by regular practice reflection, comprehensive training and development.
The successful applicant will demonstrate integrity, credibility and commitment to Neami values, adapt and respond well to change, foster and maintain respectful, professional relationships with consumers, staff and organisations, have strong communication and facilitation skills, good aptitude for problem solving and time management.
Neami National is a community-based recovery and rehabilitation service supporting people living with mental illness and psychiatric disability to improve their health, live independently and pursue a life based on their own strengths, values and goals. We provide services in more than 50 locations, ranging from the inner-city and suburbs to regional and remote parts of Australia.
