As a Community Rehabilitation and Support Worker (CRSW), you will provide tailored rehabilitation and support to people living with complex mental health needs, work with consumers within their own community of friends, family and neighbourhood, and coordinate with clinical case managers and community services to support recovery.  You will work as part of a collaborative team, supported by regular practice reflection, comprehensive training and development.
