Position overview

The Operational Administrator is responsible for receiving and booking referrals, generating service agreements for customers, and providing high quality customer service and admin assistance to a range of stake-holders.

What you will be doing?

The Operational Administrator is responsible for receiving and booking referrals and for generating service agreements for customers. This position is also responsible for coordinating the provision of disability support provided by Support Workers, in collaboration with Team Leaders and Manager where appropriate.

The Operational Administrator will provide administrative assistance to the Manager regarding the management, documentation, tracking and review of all information pertaining to the processing of individual plans for customers who purchase services from Me Well. The Operational Administrator is expected to provide high quality customer service as the first point of call for participants and ensure streamlined, efficient and accurate administration of individual plans.

In addition, the Operational Administrator position is required to coordinate and/or participate in project management activities to meet the expected outcomes of specified business requirements as identified by the Manager, including administration support to Team Leaders, coordinating meetings and other key management initiatives.

What you will need to bring to the role?

As a Me Well Operational Administrator your strong organisation and planning skills will ensure your success in this role. You will bring your passion for customer service and your aptitude for helpful and clear communication to be the link between Programs and Corporate Services. Your calm and capable manner, along with your eye for detail will be instrumental in providing referral and service agreement admin support.

You will also need:

  • To be computer literate

  • Your own vehicle (or regular access to one) that is fully registered and insured

  •  A current Australian drivers licence

  • A current police and working with children check
