The Neami Service Development team oversees strategic business development, research and evaluation, innovations and projects and learning and development. A key function of the Service Development team is to ensure the organisation has the capacity and resources required to adapt and respond in a changing environment. A critical aspect of this is enhancing the capability of the organisation in the management of both Neami National’s internal Learning and Development function and our commercial training business.
The Senior Manager Learning and Development is responsible for the oversight of the development and implementation of internal staff development and training programs to support a consistent approach to service delivery, a skilled workforce and the delivery of quality services to consumers.
The position will work closely with the Business Development Manager CROP in guiding a national team of professional trainers to achieve Neami’s internal training requirements across all services and in offering training services to our commercial business clients throughout the human services sector.
The position will supervise the Curriculum Coordinator, Training Officers and Training Administration Officers.

- Ongoing, Full Time position available in Neami Pagewood, NSW or Head Office, Preston, VIC
- Level 2, Neami Senior Management and Specialist Remuneration Structure 2016-2019
- Some after hours and interstate travel will be required
